Use only the proper equipment designed for the job at hand

每天检查你的工具,不要使用有缺陷的工具或器具

Inspect your tools daily. Do not work with defective tools or equipment

对新的工作和上级一起设计正确的方法

On new jobs, plan the proper method with your supervisor

严禁超载使用工具,器具或机器

Never overload tools, equipment or machines

准则三永远使用工作所需的安全设施

Always use the safety equipment required for the job

必须自始至终穿戴工作所需的个人防护用品

Personal Protection Equipment required for the job must be worn all the time

严禁损坏或取消安全装置或安全挡板

Never disable or bypass a safety device or safety barrier

每天检查个人防护用品,发现有坏的,替换掉

准则五小心重物

Beware of heavy objects

提升重物时,使用正确的设备,不要超载

When lifting, use the right equipment, and do not overload it

提升或搬运重物时,要有足够的,合适的帮助

Get enough, qualified help when lifting or moving heavy things

人在提升重物时,要学会正确的方法,必要时使用个人防护用品

In manual lifting, learn the right way to lift, and use PPE when required

不要站在会有东西掉下来的地方

Avoid being where things can fall on you

准则六注意旋转的机器设备

Beware of rotating machinery

确保旋转的机器有防护罩或挡板

Make sure that rotating tools are guarded with shields or barriers

没有防护罩或挡板时,千万要注意,不要碰到旋转部分

When that is not possible, use great caution never to come into contact with a rotating part

在旋转或活动的部件上工作时,要事先确保已安全锁定,并且不会意外开动
