pEGFP-C3载体简介:

A red shift variant of the pEGFP-C3 encoding wild-type GFP has been optimized to have a brighter fluorescence, with higher expression in mammalian cells (maximum excitation wavelength =488nm, maximum release wavelength =507nm).

EGFP gene coding sequence, containing more than 190 silent base changes, which in line with the human codon usage preference.

One side of the EGFP sequence has been transformed into a consistent translation initiation site of KozaK, which further improves the efficiency of translation in eukaryotic cells
