山东玉泉玻璃包装有限公司位于全国最大的果品加工基地——山东省平邑县地方镇“中国（地方）国际罐头城”工业园。是国家财政部农业综合开发产业化经营项目扶持企业，山东省成长型企业，临沂市农业产业化龙头企业。几年来连年被、市授予“优秀私营企业”，被省工商行政管理局评为“重合同 守信用”企业，市级\"功勋企业\"，“重点保护企业”，“消费者满意单位”。公司始终坚持“质量第一，顾客至上”的宗旨，坚持“诚信、求实、开拓、创新”的经营理念，并通过了ISO9001：2000质量管理体系认证。
公司始建于2001年7月，注册资金2588.80 万元，是从事玻璃包装制品设计、制造的专业厂家。公司现有员工1260人，其中高级技术人员23人，质检人员16人，大中专毕业生132人，技术力量雄厚。公司占地80000㎡，建筑面积50000㎡。拥有先进的自动化行列机生产线，日产各类玻璃瓶60万只。主要生产白料、普白料色的罐头瓶、口杯、把子杯、奶瓶、水杯、酱菜瓶、果酱瓶、鱼罐头瓶、酒瓶、饮料瓶等近千个品种。新品开发7—15天， 也可按客户要求生产专用瓶。
公司紧靠327国道和兖石铁路，距日东高速10公里，交通十分便利。

用于制造玻璃配合料的各种物资，统称为玻璃的原料。大体由7-12种组成，主体料有4-6种，如石英砂、石灰石、长石、纯碱、硼酸、铅化合物、钡化合物等。配合料是使玻璃获得某些必要性质和加速熔制过程的原料，虽用量少，但作用却十分重要，这些辅料分为澄清剂、硝钠、硒粉、钴粉、芒硝、硅酸钠、氧化铝等。 同样的原料不同的配方，同样的原料不同的产地和不同的相关指标含量，都会影响产品品质和生产成本。
