摘要：A process for the preparation of a water-soluble cationic dispersant by thecopolymerization of a cationic quaternary monomer, which is obtained by quaternizationby use of an alkyl halide or 2-haloethylbenzene, with another cationic monomer and/or(meth) acrylamide, the copolymerization being carried out in a salt solution which doesnot dissolve the resulting copolymer, and in the presence of a cationic polymerdispersant which is soluble in the salt solution.
