摘要：The system is aimed in particular at guiding and informing persons with reducedmobility. It comprises a fixed apparatus () with a central processing unit, which
communicates by radio waves with mobile telephones () or analogous terminals, loadedwith a specific programme, which are carried by the users. The latter can thus receive inreal time, in a zone () centred on the fixed apparatus (), information in connection with theplace at which this apparatus is installed. This system applies in particular to an urbantransport network, for guiding and informing travellers at waiting or stopping points.
