摘要：The present invention provides optoelectronic devices containing at least oneconforming, thin film barrier coating provided on a nonplanar surface comprising aplurality of junctures. The barrier coating has a hybrid morphology including crystallinedomains distributed in an amorphous matrix. The conformal coatings protect theoptoelectronic device with long-lasting, durable, high quality barrier protection eventhough the coatings have sufficient crystalline characteristics so that many embodimentsare electrically conductive.
