摘要：Provided is a rectangular impact-resistant spring leaf connector, comprising anupper-side contact part (1), a first side plate, a second side plate, a first S-shaped rising
force arm (6), a second S-shaped rising force arm (7) and a base plate (8). Both the firstside plate and the second side plate are connected to the base plate (8). One end of thefirst S-shaped rising force arm (6) is connected to the upper-side contact part (1), and theother end thereof is connected to one end of the first side plate. One end of the secondS-shaped rising force arm (7) is suspended below the upper-side contact part (1), and theother end thereof is connected to one end of the second side plate. Compared to otherforce arm structures, the structure of the S-shaped rising force arm has the advantage ofgreater elastic force for the same unit volume. The dimensions of the connector can bereduced by using same to provide an elastic force, so that the connector is miniaturized.The design of the side plates can protect the force arms so as to improve the overallimpact-resistance capability of the connector.
