摘要：A grasping forceps includes: a pair of guide sections A and B that guidemaneuvering wires A and B in a direction of an axial line C of a sheath; an extending-and-retracting member (transmission section) that transmits displacement information of themaneuvering section to the maneuvering wires A and B and outputs the displacement

information to the intervention instrument; a distal direction movement inhibitor section(specific directional movement-inhibitor section) that allows the sheaths of themaneuvering wires A and B toward the distal end; a proximal direction movementinhibitor section (specific directional movement-inhibitor section) that allows the sheathsof the maneuvering wires A and B toward the distal end; and an locked-state-releasingsection that releases an engaging state of the guide sections A and B with the distaldirection movement inhibitor section or the proximal direction movement inhibitorsection based on the displacement input by the maneuvering section. Accordingly, anmedical intervention instrument can be provided that can maintain a certain attitude ofthe intervention instrument once established during intervention even if an external forceis applied, and that can carry out identical operations simultaneously, i.e., manipulating ofthe intervention instrument and releasing of a certain attitude of the interventioninstrument.
