瓦楞楞型特点和适应性：
Features and Adaptability of Flute
按照GBT6544-1999标准和规定，UV形瓦楞纸板分为A 、C、 B和E楞四种。A楞型的楞高为4.5mm-5mm，300mm长度单位内楞数32个-36个；C楞型的楞高为3.5mm-4mm，300mm长度单位内楞数36个-40个；B楞型的楞高为2.5m-3mm，300mm长度单位内楞数48个-52个；E楞型的楞高为1.1mm-2mm ，300mm长度单位内楞数92-100个。A楞型的瓦楞高而宽，故有大楞型之称。A楞型的纸箱承受平面压力性能比B和C楞型差，但其承受垂直压力性能较高，所以较适合于制作盛装不耐压物品的纸箱，使用比较普遍。C楞型纸箱的楞高和单位长度内的楞数，以及它的性能，介于A和B楞型之间，其又有细楞型之称，适用于盛装一般物品。B楞型的瓦楞低又密，故耐垂直压力性能较差，但平面耐压性能较高，所以，用B楞型纸板制作的纸箱，适用于盛装瓶装类的食品等。E楞型纸板瓦楞低矮而又细密，故又称为微型楞。E楞型的纸板具有重量轻、缓冲性能好、平面抗压强度好等特点，利于胶印直接进行印刷。A、C、B和E楞型的瓦楞纸板，还可以组合成双瓦楞和三瓦楞的纸板，使纸箱的强度得到大幅度的提高。
According to the standard and specification GBT6544-1999,the UV corrugated cardboard can be classfied in four flutes: A ,C, B and E. For A flute,the flute height is 4.5mm-5mm and there are 32-36 flutes within the unit length 300mm;for C flute,the flute height is 3.5mm-4mm and there are 36-40 flutes within the unit length 300mm;for B flute, the flute height is 2.5m-3mm and there are 48-52 flutes within the unit length 300mm; for E flute,the flute height is 1.1mm-2mm and there are 92-100 flutes within the unit length 300mm. The A flute is high and wide,so it is called “big flute”.The flat-pressure bearing capability of A flute carton is worse
than that of B or C flute carton,while its vertical-pressure bearing capability is better.So it is more suitable for cartons loaded with pressure irresistance things and more common in use. The flute height and the flute quantity within unit length of C flute carton as well as its capability are between those of A and B flute cartons.It is also called thin flute,suitable for cartons loaded with common things. The B flute is lower and thicker,so its vertical pressure resistance capability is worse while its flat pressure resistance is higher.Therefore,the B flute carton applies to loading the bottle food. The E flute is lower and finer,so it is called mirco flute.It is characterized by light weight,good buffer performance and high flat-pressure resistance strength,good for direct offset-printing.The A,B,C and D flute cardboards can be composed two-flute or three-flute cardboards,greatly improving the strength of carton.
水果、香烟、玻璃容器等类不耐压的产品，大多数采用抗压、耐冲击性强的多层结构的瓦楞纸箱包装。除上述标准规定的楞型外，现在还有更细的F、G、N、O楞型，其中，F楞的楞高约为0.8mm，UV楞型300mm长度单位内的楞数在136个-144个之间；G楞的楞高约为0.55mm，UV楞型300mm长度单位内的楞数在166个-174个之间；N楞的楞高约为0.40mm，UV楞型300mm长度单位内的楞数在214个-222个之间； O楞的楞高约为0.30mm，UV楞型300mm长度单位内的楞数在250个左右，这四种超微型细瓦楞是采用胶印直接印刷和制作小型彩盒，替代高定量纸板的主要材料，它能较好地节省原材料，降低包装生产成本，其弹性好，缓冲力强，同时具有良好的吸震性能和保护性能，在小电器、电子产品、玩具、化妆品、食品包装等，具有广阔的应用前景。
For fruit, cigarettes,glass vessels and other similar pressure irresistance products,most of them are packed with high pressure and impact resistance
muti-layer corrugated cartons.Besides the above specified flutes,we have thinner F,G,N and O flutes,of which the F flute height is around 0.8mm and the flute quantity is 136 -144 within the unit length 300mm of UV flute; the G flute height is around 0.55mm and the flute quantity is 166-174 within the unit length 300mm of UV flute; the N flute height is around 0.40mm and the flute quantity is 214 -222 within the unit length 300mm of UV flute; the O flute height is around 0.30mm and the flute quantity is 250 or so within the unit length 300mm of UV flute. These four ultramicro flutes applies the direct offset-printing and fabrication of small colour boxes to replace the main materials of large quantities of cardboards,better saving the raw material and reducing the cost of packing and fabricating.They are characterized by high elasticity,strong buffer force as well as excellent damping capacity and protective value.They have wide application prospect in the packing of small electric appliances,electric products,toys,cosmetics,food,etc.
