I Like Fairy Tales

SinceI was a little baby, my parents read simple stories for me. They bought me manycartoon books with stories. They were my bedtime stories. Among all theinteresting stories, I like fairy tales most, because they are often beautifullove stories between prince and princes or Cinderella. They are so

moved andfull of love. Besides, in fairy tales, no matter how much they suffer, theywill always live a happy life in the end. The happy endings bring hope andsatisfaction to people, making us hopeful to our own lives. Every time I readfairy tales, I put myself into the story, imagining I am one of them. That’swonderful.

Spring came with all its glories. The new grass exposed its green colour. The pretty flowers opened their blossoms.We were tempted to go for an outing. It was Sunday, the 20th of April. We set out very early on bikes, carrying bottles of champagne, beer and bags of cakes, bacon and cooked eggs. We rode along the winding paths in the fields, across the meadows and down the

roads.The willow were fresh and green. The swallows were flying to and fro, up and down the sky. The birds, like musicians,snang their melodious songs in the trees, and the butterflies,like colorful dancers, were fluttering here and there. We breathed the fresh air deeply and laughed heartily.

At 10 a.m. we arrived at the foot of the $$hushan Hill.We left our bikes with a bike-repairing shop and began to climb up the Hill. Near the top, under a big tree with luxuriant foliage we had our picnic. We drank and ate, talked and laughed. After the picnic we stood in the breeze with our hands on our waists, enjoying the fine landscape. Then we lay on the grass talking about our life and studies.

At about 4 p. m. , we returned with balmy greenness on our backs and freshness in our hearts.

Last week, my teacher told us that we would have a practical activity. At first, we were happy to hear it, all of us thought that must be very funny. But when we heard that we needed to assist the cleaners with their work, we felt lost. It must be the dirty work. However, the cleaners were very nice to us, and they did their work with passion. We tried to help them as much as we could. We talked happily. Suddenly, I was so grateful to them, as they were

the city’s decorators. What they did meant so much to the society. We should respct them and understand their work.

Since I go to school, the teachers gave us the class in the classroom, it seemed that sitting in the chair and looking at the blackboard are the only way to receive the knowledge. But my new Chinese teacher has showed me another way to learn knowledge. Last week, my Chinese teacher had asked us to write an article about protecting the environment, when she asked us how much we knew about the pollution, we shaked our heads. Then she told us to have the class in the reading room, we could some reading there and searched the information. It was so excited for us to do it, we like this special class and it is very helpful.

自从我上学起至,老师就在课堂上给我们听课,似乎趴在椅子上，看著黑板就是赢得科学知识的唯一途径。但是我的新语文老师给我展现了另一种方式回去自学科学知识。上周,我的语文老师建议我们写下一篇关于保护环境的文章,当她反问我们我们对污染介绍多少,我们挥了摇摇头。然后她说我们在阅览室听课,我们可以写作和搜寻信息。我们很激动,讨厌这种特别的课程，有利于我们自学。

In a sense,the life of each of us is made up of family, friends and career. If any of them is lacking,our life is not intact and we may feel embarrassed, regretful, or even painful.

One's family is his harhour where he can rest and relax himself when he sails home through winds and waves of the outside world. One's friends are his most trustworthy and most valuable companions. He and his friends will help and encourage each other on the long journey of life. One's career is the

reflection of his talent and value which he offers society. So we can say that one's family, friends and career are just what support him in this world and make him feel happy, safe and important.

Anyone who longs for a delightful life should cherish his family, take sincere care of friendship and devote himself to his career.
