绝缘电阻测量1.测量目的:绝缘电阻: 反映了绝缘结构对电的绝缘能力.测量绝缘电阻主要是为了测定家用电器产品的带电部件对易触及金属外壳的绝缘电阻,以判别其绝缘是否存在严重缺陷.2.测量部位:--I类器具: 带电体与易触及的金属部件之间--II类器具: 带电体与易触及的外壳之间--电缆线: 缆芯导体与电缆护套之间3.测试要求: DC 500V, 1min绝缘种类限值(MΩ)基本绝缘2加强绝缘7电气强度测试1.测试目的: 检验绝缘材料承受电压的能力,考核绝缘结构是否良好2.测量部位: --带电体和仅用基本绝缘隔离的易触及部件之间(如: I类器具电源插头的L+N –G)--带电体和用加强绝缘隔离的易触及部件之间(如: II类器具的L+N –易触及金属外壳之间--带电体和用加强绝缘隔离的易触及部件之间(如: II类器具的L+N –易触及外壳(金属箔)之间--对于双重绝缘基本绝缘(如:RVV电源线的铜线与基本绝缘外皮之间)附加绝缘(如:RVV电源线的基本绝缘外皮与附加绝缘护套之间)--手柄、旋钮、抓手、操作杆(金属箔)与它们的金属轴之间3. 测试步骤: --耐压测试仪功能检查--测试夹接在测试部位--电压从零开始,逐渐升到测试电压的一半,然后迅速升到规定值--测试电压保持1min,观察有无闪络或击穿--试验结束,逐渐降低电压至零7

* 进行漏电流和耐压测试应注意:•器具中所有的电路应保证已被接通•跨接绝缘的抗干扰电容应断开•与电网相连的电路应选择额定电压进行试验;谐振点和其它回路应确定工作电压后进行试验接地电阻测量1.测量目的:测量易触及金属部件和电器的保护接地端子之间的电阻2.测量部位:可触及金属部件与:--接地端子(固定式接线I类器具) --插头或插座的的接地端子(其它I类器具)3.测试要求: 25A或1.5倍的额定电流(例行试验: ≥10A/1-4s)--若器具配有电源线,则为0.2 Ω或0.1 Ω加上电源线的电阻--其它器具均应: ≤0.1Ω4.接地端子检查: --防松--防腐蚀--“先通后短”(地线最后受力)9

爬电距离、电气间隙和穿通绝缘测量1.测量仪器: 塞规、游标卡尺、千分尺2.测量条件:--裸导线与内部部件2N;可触及外壳30N--工作电压--防污染等级--材料种类3.测试要求:•电气间隙与爬电距离: 见标准附表•绝缘穿通距离:--附加绝缘:1mm--加强绝缘:2mm--胶带无厚度要求,SI至少由2层组成,且任一层可通过SI的耐压测试;RI至少由3层组成,且任2层可通过RI的耐压测试.结构要求---稳定性与防机械危险1. 稳定性:10º/15º斜面无倾倒2. 运动部件不能对人体造成伤害防护罩要求: -测试指不能触及危险运动部件-只有借助工具才能取下或打开3. 无对人体造成伤害的锐边、锐角、毛刺4.45N轴向压力胶带破损度应小于50%. 10

结构检查的内容1.对带电部件有可靠的防护2.对具有危害的运动部件和发热部件有足够的防护3.零部件和材料的选择4.零部件的安装位置和固定方法5.机械强度6.电气连接的可靠性7.产品结构设计的规范性结构检查时通常应该注意到:4产品应有足够的稳定性,机械安全性和机械强度4零部件应满足相关标准的安全要求,并且与使用条件相适应4电源线连接部分应注意进线口,抗拉器和接线端子4内部连线应做到可靠固定,可靠绝缘和可靠连接4接地端子应做到防松,防锈和连接可靠4塑料件应有足够的耐热性和阻燃性4空气间隙,爬电距离和绝缘材料厚度应达到标准规定的要求11

General checking Item1.1 Carton and gift box•Carton and giftboxshall be firmly and up corrugation wave direction. No damaged, no wetted and no dirty.•All marks shall clear and correct.•Check if the item No, model No and pork ……are correct and no missing. 1.2 Packing polybag•No damaged, no dirty and shall drying.•Shall have related warning words and punch hole on polybag.Note: No need warning words and punch hole on polybagif the polybagis less than 100x100mm2and open perimeter is less than 380mm.1.3 PackageCheck if the carton and giftboxpacked the unit fitly. Too large and too small willreduce the protection for unit.All carton or giftboxshall stand packing and placing along corrugation direction. Otherwise, package will reduce its protection function. General checking Item1.4 Label and manual•The marking shall be clearly legible and durable.Rubbing test for 15 s with a piece of cloth soaked with waterand again for 15 s with a piece of cloth soaked with petroleum spirit.•To check if there are following marking marked on appliances. --rated voltage (ranges)--rated frequency--rated input--maker’s or responsible vendor’s name, trade mark or identification mark.--maker’s model or type reference.--symbol for class II construction, for class II appliances only.--symbol for degree of protection against ingress of water, otherthan IPX0.•Generally, appliance shall be with a manual to tell how to use the appliance. It shall be clearly and correct. 20

General checking Item1.5 Power cord•No damaged and all marks shall be clearly legible and durable.•Check if there are related safety approved marks and related license No. Actual record all marks in inspection report.•For UL product:The power cord shall be withstand a pull of 155.68N (35 pounds) for 1 minute without displacement•For EN product:The power cord shall have a cord anchorage and shall be withstand a pull of 30N for mass less than 1 kg, of 60N for mass less than 4kg, for 25 times with displacement within 2mmGeneral checking Item1.6 PlugNo damaged and no burr. The pins shall be not loosen. Check if there are related safety approved marks and related license No. Actual record all marks in inspection report.•For UK plug:Level II internal check UK plug. No wire strand protruding from connector. Check the manufacturer marks on plug, such as PMS, MS, scolmore.The fuse holder shall attached to the live pin correctly.Check if it is a counterfeit fuse. Check the manufacturer marks, such as BussmannASTA.The weight of genuine fuse is normally between 2.3 –2.4gand with a small central hollow at end cap.21

General checking Item2)Screws and connections--Screws and nuts transmitting contact pressure or which are likely to be tightened during user maintenance .The screw or nuts are tightened and loosened:-10times for screws in engagement with a thread of insulating material.-5times for nuts and other screws.--Screw and nuts which make a mechanical connection between different parts of the appliance shall be secured againstloosening if they also make electrical connections or provide earthingcontinuity.Spring washers, lock washers and crown type locks as partof the screw head are means which may provide satisfactory security.General checking Item1.11Construction--Handles, knobs levers and similar parts shall be fixed in a reliable manner so that they will not work loose in normal use if loosening could result in a hazard.Apply an axial force for 1 min-if the shape of these parts is such that an axial pull is unlikely to be applied in normal use, the force is 15N-if the shape is such that an axial pull is likely to be applied, the force is 30N.--If handles, knobs and similar parts are used to indicate the position of switches or similar components, it shall not bepossible to fix them in a wrong position if this could result in ahazard.1.12Running testRefer to related product WINote: Some running test are abnormal operation and need to refer to related test procedure in related EN or UL standard.23

CGSA Inspection Guide Line --Attention1. Should open extra 3 units to check and verify the safety relative aspects during inspection, add the test result in the report.2. About all inspection, safety check include check the PCB, X’former, regulators stabilizer, filter device, wire dressing…If found some defect, please clear record by digital photos. 3. About AC products inspection, if the plug is round pin, plsadd one item in Point4.1(test result) to record the plug pin’s diameter after check 3 samples; If the plug is flat pin, plsadd the test result to record the length from plug head to plug pin end after check 3 samples. And, need take clear photos on the plug.4. For polarity of flat pin type plug for class II product, inspectors should do polarity test and safety test (internal check the switch site…), plsadd one item to record the result in informative remark. 5. About Belgium order for all batteries operated products, a “BEBAT”label must be stuck on the packaging of those products.6. All the electrical product shipped to Brazil must contain thesymbol of INMETROboth in power cord and plug CGSA Inspection Guide Line --AttentionFor all Korea orders:DUN14 label shows a master carton label (size in10 X 15.2 cm) and an inner carton label (size in 10 X 4 cm) which require to stick on the carton respectively. The master label must be stuck as requested in attachment A007. No such labels found during inspection will lead to the“Failed”result.Polyfoam(泡沫塑料) packing material is prohibited in Korea.35

For Spain order:“ESCA”shipments: the DUN14 label (Attachment A008) must be stuck on the required position (Attachment A007) on export carton. Missing of this label will cause the“Failed”inspection result. “ESDI”shipments: (Carrefour consignee will be mark as “DIA SPAIN”oncartons) can be shipped without “DUN14”label.•the master carton shipping mark which is not need in Spanish;•the unit packaging details should in Spanish and Portuguese ( note: sometimes the master carton is also unit carton); •the product instruction manual should in Spanish and Portuguese too.Reports Concerned in \"Failed\" results if it was not comply with this request.37

Instruction manual:CGSA do not have the \"6 languages\" requirements anymore. Only one point is important: the official languages of the destination country should be offered except for the Spain and Belgium.For Belgium orders:the following languages must be compulsory includedin the Instruction Manual: French (F), Netherlandish(NL) and German(D or DE).
