摘要：Provided is a device (2) for producing and dispensing a boiling liquid including: avessel (3); a heating system (4); a supply system (8) for supplying liquid from the vessel tothe heating system; a dispensing system (13) configured to separate the boiling liquidand the steam resulting from said boiling, in order to dispense the boiling liquid and todischarge the steam; a first system for measuring the temperature of the liquid in theheating system; a system (24) for measuring the amount of steam discharged; and asystem for controlling the supply system configured such as to control the flow of liquidsupplying the heating system in accordance with said measurements of temperature andamount of steam discharged.
