摘要：Provided is a device (2) for producing and dispensing a boiling liquid including: avessel (3); a heating system (4); a supply system (8) for supplying liquid from the vessel tothe heating system; a dispensing system (13) configured to separate the boiling liquidand the steam resulting from said boiling, in order to dispense the boiling liquid and todischarge the steam; a first system for measuring the temperature of the liquid in theheating system; a system (24) for measuring the amount of steam discharged; and asystem for controlling the supply system configured such as to control the flow of liquidsupplying the heating system in accordance with said measurements of temperature andamount of steam discharged. Also provided is a method for producing and dispensingboiling liquid and to an apparatus (I) for preparing a beverage provided with such adevice.
