摘要：The method for producing biofuel comprises producing a biomass-charge forprocessing and generating cracking-gas by pressure-less heating of the biomass charge,passing the generated gas through the biomass charge to separate a catalyst from thebiomass charge, liquefying the catalyst-containing gas to a distillate, and collecting the
distillate. The heating of the biomass charge is carried out in three steps which includesheating at low processing temperature, average processing temperature and highesttemperature in first, second and third steps, respectively. The method for producingbiofuel comprises producing a biomass-charge for processing and generating cracking-gas by pressure-less heating of the biomass charge, passing the generated gas throughthe biomass charge to separate a catalyst from the biomass charge, liquefying thecatalyst-containing gas to a distillate, and collecting the distillate. The heating of thebiomass charge is carried out in three steps which includes heating at low processingtemperature, average processing temperature and highest temperature in first, secondand third steps, respectively. The catalysts in the three catalyzed-steps are subdivided, ofwhich the catalyst used in the first and last stages are heated in the flow direction of theproduced gas simultaneously with the heating of the biomass charge and the catalyststep arranged between the first and last steps remains unheated. For processing thebiomass charge, dry biomass is mixed with organic residue such as vegetable oil andcarrier oil. The biomass charge is added with sulfuric acid. The utilized catalyst isreprocessed by heating on a predetermined cleaning temperature, which is higher thanthe highest process temperature used in the third step. An independent claim is includedfor a device for producing biofuel.
