摘要：A gas injector system (20) includes a plenum (22) with a plenum opening (34) inthe wall of the plenum (22). An injector (36) is positioned at a location overlying theplenum opening (34). The injector (36) includes an injector block (38) affixed to theexterior surface (26) of the plenum wall (24), a joint (40) between the injector block (38)and the plenum wall (24), and an angularly inclined injector passage (42) extendingthrough the injector block (38) from an injector passage inlet (44) to an injector passageoutlet (46). The injector block (38) is preferably brazed to the plenum wall (24) for high-temperature applications, or adhesively joined for low-temperature applications.
