摘要：When using lock fittings for locking doors, gates and similar building parts bymeans of a padlock, the risk occurs that the lock will be forced open, because it is notsufficiently protected against the use of crowbars and the like. In order to obtain thehighest possible degree of impregnablity, the lock (11) and its shackle (12) is according tothe invention enclosed behind a shield (3, 8, 9, 15, 18, 24, 27) covering the exposed partsof the lock. If the shield consists of segments which can be assembled and disassembledwhen the fitting is assembled, the shield can be given optimum strength because theadhesion to the fitting is the best possible. Consequently, it will be highly resistant toviolence.
