My hometown is in Jiangxi, a beautiful province in southeastern China. It is known for its stunning natural scenery, rich history, and delicious cuisine.

The first thing that comes to mind when I think of my hometown is the lush green mountains that surround it. The air is fresh and clean, and the scenery is breathtaking. I love going for hikes in the mountains and taking in the stunning views of the valleys below.

Jiangxi is also home to many historical sites, such as the ancient city of Jingdezhen, known for its porcelain production, and the famous Lushan Mountain, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. I love exploring these historical sites and learning about the rich history of my hometown.

One of the things I miss most about Jiangxi is the delicious food. Jiangxi cuisine is known for its bold flavors and use of fresh, local ingredients. Some of my

favorite dishes include spicy fish hot pot, braised pork belly, and crispy fried chicken. I always look forward to coming home and indulging in these delicious dishes.
