摘要：随着科技的进步，企业管理的科学化、信息化水平也在不断提升。企业要与时俱进，需充分利用计算机技术及信息化手段，推动企业发展。本文对计算机应用技术及企业信息化的相关概念进行了简述，阐述了计算机应用技术对企业信息化发展的意义，最后提出计算机技术在我国企业信息化建设中的实际应用，为企业管理人员提供参考。

经济全球化的今天，企业需要通过计算机技术提升企业信息化水平，促进企业与企业，企业与国际的交流。信息化手段依托计算机技术，能够提升企业工作效率，提升产品质量，优化企业决策，促进企业发展。

作质量及工作效率，加快企业发展进程。伴随“互联网+”模式的提出与发展，计算机技术机器相关领域得到进一步发展，实现办公、交流、互动、贸易等环节的信息化。除此之外，企业在发展中借助计算机技术，能够促进企业生产技术更新，生产的科学化、效率化水平进一步提升[1]。

（二）企业信息化

信息化指的是基于互联网、现代通信技术及数据库技术，将研究对象信息进行汇总整理，再应用于生活、学习、企业管理等领域的一种现代化技术，用于提高工作、生活效率，促进人类社会进步、发展，与人们的生活息息相关。信息化是对计算机技术的不断优化、演进，以创造出更为智能化的设备，促进生产力的全面提升。信息化的不断发展，正在逐渐改变人类的生产生活方式，推进全人类进步。

一、现代计算机应用技术及企业信息化的概念简述

（一）现代计算机应用技术

计算机应用技术就是在技术应用工程中，应用计算机软件、计算机技能以处理人类在日常生产生活中存在的诸多问题，充分发挥计算机领域的技术优势，应用计算机理念、计算机逻辑以及计算机高速运算的性能，高质量高效率地解决现有问题，提升解决问题的效率，进而提升生产效率，提高生活便利化水平。将计算机技术应用在企业信息化建设当中，应用计算机技术特性，提升企业员工的工

企业信息化是将企业运营管理中的各个环节，如采购、生产、流通、营销、贸易、管理、收支、客户维护等环节，融入信息化技术，从传统的工作内容转向信息化采购、信息化生产、信息化管理、收支信息化、客户管理信息化等。它依托先进的电子计算机、互联网即电子信息化技术，通过将传统的信息进行优化加工，转换信息载体、信息结构、信息内容等，使技术应用人员能够更为直观地了解相关产业信息并深入洞察业内变化，从而做出有利于企业资源配置的决策，以适应市场竞争环境，保障企业发展。与此同时，应用先进的信息化技术，是企业核心竞争力提升的体现，能够为企业在市场竞争中提供更坚实的保障。

发展至今，广泛应用的企业信息化管理系统包括DNC生产设备及工位智能化联网管理系统，MES制造执行管理系统，MDC生产数据及设备状态信息采集分析管理系统，PDM制造过程数据文档管理系统，Trcaker工装及刀夹量具职能数据库管理系统等[2]。

二、现代计算机应用技术对我国企业信息化的影响

（一）提升企业信息库完整度

在企业信息化建设中，需要依靠计算机技术，同时还需要大量的信息支持，做到对信息高效利用，提升信息价值。因此信息化建设过程中信息库是主要因素之一，要建立功能多样、数据全面的企业信息库，以满足对信息的使用需求，提升信息化水平，提升工作效率及质量。应用计算机、互联网技术能够快速获取多时期、多领域、多地域的相关信息，帮助扩充企业信息库内容，提升完整度。

（二）提升企业办公效率

企业的信息化建设需要大量的信息支持，同时也需要强大的计算机硬件、软件支持以对信息进行

加工处理，现阶段我国市场经济发展不断提速，如果依然采用落后的管理模式，会使企业管理效率低下且质量大打折扣，信息的处理过程更加繁琐，企业决策滞后，不利于企业发展。通过计算机技术推动企业信息化发展，加快企业对信息处理的速度，对市场动向变化及决策更加及时，同时企业间的沟通也能打破空间壁垒，节省时间投入，运营管理工作会变得更加高效。

公司在实现信息化的过程中，缺少不了远程办公及移动办公的协调配合，应用计算机技术手段，能够提升远程办公和可移动办公水平，实现信息的及时更新，进一步提升工作效率及效益，通过对信息的及时把控，有效降低决策上的延迟，从而做好投机和风险把控。

（三）提升企业员工素质

在企业信息化建设的过程中，需要应用计算机技术及相关技能，这就要求员工具有完备的计算机知识和素养，此条件有利于人力资源配置，筛选掉一部分综合素质低下的员工，而学习能力较强的员工能在计算机技术及企业信息化应用的过程中，不断更新自身知识储备，提升自身素养及工作能力。在保障工作质量提升工作效率的同时，员工有更多的时间提升自身素养，提高工作积极性，激发企业员工潜力。

（四）提升数据处理及分析能力

在企业信息化的建设中，需要对大量的信息数据进行处理，传统的信息处理模式需要大量的人工计算，在计算过程中势必会出现疏漏，导致结果与实际情况存在偏差，影响企业决策。企业借助计算机技术开展信息化建设，节省了大量的人工分析成本，同时在软件高度完善的情况下，极大地保障了信息处理质量。应用成熟的信息化处理方案，能够根据企业决策内容，快速梳理出所需内容进行处理，提升整体信息处理能力[3]。

三、现代计算机应用技术在我国企业信息化发展中的应用

（一）现代计算机应用技术在企业信息化中应用的特点

1.实现信息共享

企业在信息化建设中要及时了解市场变动，对运营策略做出及时调整，在传统模式下，企业在信息收集环节中需要消耗大量的人力物力财力，且效率低下。“互联网+”模式下要想促进企业间的相互沟通与合作，企业就必须追溯行业步伐，加强交流与合作。在大数据、云存储等技术支持下，实现了信息共享，各个企业获取信息更加便捷高效。

2.提升信息安全

企业信息化建设依托计算机技术，在开放的环境下进行，就必须要保障系统的安全。为保障信息安全，企业要提高对信息安全的重视程度，并制定完善的信息安全策略，从而实现安全性的提升，相比较传统人工信息管理而言，虽存在被黑客入侵的风险，但攻破难度要远远大于传统管理模式下的人为泄露。

3.操作便捷

借助计算机技术的优势，使企业信息化管理更加便利、高效。同时计算机软件经过长期的发展，更加容易入门，便利度、易用性、操作性都进一步提升，企业员工素质提升的同时，学习成本也逐渐降低，为企业信息化建设提供保障[4]。

（二）现代计算机应用技术在企业信息化中的具体应用

1.生产环节

企业的生产分为四个环节，即研发、生产、质量检测、环境管理。为保障产品质量，提升产品竞争力，要对生产各个环节做好管理。应用计算机技术促进企业生产管理信息化，对生产的各环节

完成全面监管，如电子产品生产，可分析市场信息做好调研；生产过程中应用信息化监控、信息化记录做好监管；生产完成后通过信息化分析良品率等。

2.内部管理环节

应用计算机技术结合信息化管理，规范企业管理流程，及时完成问题记录，并做出相应的决策。执行科学、系统、规范化的管理，有效提升信息化管理水平，促进企业人员管理、资金管理、风险管理等环节进一步提升。如阿里钉钉、企业QQ已被众多企业应用，类似的管理软件面向中小企业，安全、免费、高效，无疑提升了企业的管理效率及管理水平。除了管理功能外，该类产品还提供交流功能，增加员工间的交流，基层员工与领导层的交流也更加扁平化，使上级管理更为容易获取基础需求、问题等信息，高效、高水平地解决了员工需求，更加体现出企业的人文关怀。

3.企业发展环节

随着市场经济发展的不断深入，企业需要与时俱进，及时做好策略调整，追随社会主流，维持企业发展。因此在企业发展中，要充分体现计算机技术及信息化的价值，对信息化管理、决策进行完善。如企业对资金进行管理时可考虑借助ERP软件，在企业营销环节可考虑结合电子商务领域的知识和技能，推动企业高速、健康发展[5]。

综上，企业想要在激烈的市场竞争中占有一席之地，谋求更高的发展，就要与时俱进，充分了解计算机、信息化技术的优势及应用，促进企业内部管理、战略决策、市场运营等多个环节的共同提升，最终实现企业又好又快发展。
