在jupyter添加文件夹的方法：（推荐：）
1、在cmd直接使用jupyter notebook命令打开jupyter notebook，同时会打开网页版jupyter notebook。
然后在网页版右侧点击new选项选择其中Folder选项来新建文件夹。
