v.(动词)
start v-ing, start to-v
  • She started talking about the old days, and kept on for more than an hour.
  • She started to speak, but stopped because I objected.

  • He used to start singing loudly when he felt frightened walking alone in the darkness.
  • It was cold and starting to snow.
  • start, begin, commence, originate
  • start, leave
  • He left the school at thirteen.
  • The accountant has threatened to leave.
  • The ship starts.
  • Well,I think we ought to be starting.

  • Tears started to her eyes.
  • Tears started from her eyes.

  • depart,leave,go,start,quit,set out
